Junya Watanabe Men’s Spring 2022 Paris

Watanabe was inspired by a series of Jamie Hawkesworth photographs taken during his travels to Bhutan and the sense of discovery only exploration can uncover.

Shown here is artwork by Marta Olga Klara

The show features reimagined and original garments from brands such as The North Face, Levi’s, Ark Air, Karrimor, Dickies, Il Bisonte, Muehlbauer, Randolph, Ark Air, Brooks Brothers, New Balance, and BerBerJin.

˝The photographs were taken while exploring Bhutan – It’s such an incredible feeling turning up to a place with no ideas or expectations, and just walking and exploring and taking photographs – it’s incredible what you find.˝
