Berluti’s Spring/Summer 2027 presentation in Paris unfolded as a celebration of craftsmanship, storytelling, and the pursuit of beauty in everyday life. Hosted at the historic Fondation Simone et Cino Del Duca, the luxury house blended literary inspiration with artisanal excellence, creating an immersive experience that reflected its distinctive approach to modern elegance.
At the heart of the presentation was the enduring influence of The Little Prince. Marking the 80th anniversary of the first French edition of the beloved literary masterpiece, Berluti introduced a special capsule inspired by the author’s original sketches and handwritten notes. The project highlighted values that closely align with the maison’s heritage: loyalty, transmission, authenticity, and timeless craftsmanship.
Visitors entered through a series of carefully curated rooms that transformed the venue into a poetic journey. A recreation of Saint-Exupéry’s workspace featured aviation memorabilia, including a leather pilot helmet and flight jacket, paying tribute to the writer’s life as an aviator. Further inside, a celestial installation displayed bags and leather accessories within glowing silver spheres, evoking the interplanetary adventures of the Little Prince.

The commemorative collection, scheduled for the holiday season, includes bags, wallets, small leather goods, and luxurious cashmere shawls. Among the standout pieces is a limited-edition Alessandro loafer adorned with an embossed rose motif, a direct reference to the story’s most iconic symbol. Berluti’s renowned craftsmanship is showcased through laser-etched handwriting, intricate stitching techniques, watercolor-inspired motifs, and the house’s signature patina finishes.
Alongside the literary capsule, Berluti presented a refined selection of ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods inspired by the tranquility of gardens and nature. Floral embroidery climbed the sleeves and shoulders of lightweight linen Forestière jackets, while richly textured stitching brought depth to supple suede and leather outerwear. Soft silhouettes and relaxed tailoring reinforced the collection’s emphasis on comfort without sacrificing sophistication.
Accessories continued this theme of effortless luxury. New interpretations of the Lorenzo loafer arrived in rich buffalo leather, while the newly introduced Un Jour-nal bag embraced a relaxed shape inspired by the image of a folded newspaper casually tucked beneath the arm. Functional yet elegant, the design reflects Berluti’s talent for elevating everyday objects.
Perhaps the most artistic expressions appeared in Berluti’s leather goods, where multicolored patinas created surfaces reminiscent of Impressionist paintings. The Galet Bloom shoe offered another standout moment, its curved front stitching inspired by the delicate shape of an arum lily petal. These details reinforced the collection’s central message: finding poetry within daily rituals and ordinary moments.
For Spring/Summer 2027, Berluti presents a vision of luxury rooted not in excess, but in emotion, craftsmanship, and imagination. Drawing inspiration from literature, gardens, and the beauty of artisanal techniques, the house continues to define a sophisticated wardrobe for men who appreciate both refinement and meaning.
