kolor Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 Paris

Under the creative direction of Taro Horiuchi, Kolor returned to Paris with a Spring/Summer 2027 collection that continued to refine the house’s distinctive approach to technical tailoring, unexpected material combinations, and standout footwear.

This season, the shoes commanded as much attention as the garments themselves. Kolor has steadily established itself as one of Paris Fashion Week’s most exciting labels for sneakers, and SS27 further cemented that reputation. Chunky yet streamlined, the new sneaker silhouettes balanced performance-inspired construction with the brand’s signature color blocking and layered textures, making them an essential part of every look.

Beyond sneakers, the collection introduced boots infused with unmistakable Western influences. Pointed toes, stacked heels, and rugged leather finishes brought a cowboy-inspired attitude into Kolor’s contemporary universe, adding a fresh dimension to the season’s relaxed tailoring and utilitarian separates.

Horiuchi continued exploring contrasts throughout the collection—soft versus structured, technical versus handcrafted, urban versus Americana. Oversized outerwear, lightweight layers, and relaxed trousers created easy silhouettes that allowed the footwear to become a defining focal point.

Rather than relying on loud branding, Kolor once again demonstrated that innovation lies in construction, proportion, and thoughtful styling. The SS27 collection reinforced the label’s growing reputation as a destination not only for experimental menswear but also for some of the most desirable footwear on the Paris runway.
